JS Online: WEMP-AM inches toward all-sports
WEMP will probably be a sports channel in December. We wish them the best of luck in this endeavor.

Miss Milwaukee to bring in the New Year on Stimmung Stunde

Angela Zanon, Miss Milwaukee 2004, has agreed to come on the Stimmung Stunde January 1, 2005 to tell us all about her last days as Miss Milwaukee. She will be coming in to the show just before the end of her reign.

Angela's platform is stepfamilies and her talent at the 2004 Miss Wisconsin competition was opera. We better reinforce the windows--don't want any broken glass around the place in the new year!

We're looking forward to seeing Angela, January 1st on the Stimmung Stunde, WJYI, 1340 AM.

Our interview with Nikki Groppi today was a huge success. Not only was Nikki a lovely and interesting guest, but an enthusiastic one to boot. She was EXTREMELY prepared for the interview and told us all about her platform of Suicide Awareness (though I know she had even more notes she could have shared with us as well) and I even got to dance a verse or two of the Zillertaler Hochzeitsmarch with her. And wait until you hear the killer ID's she recorded for us.

Great work, Nikki! We hope to see you again soon!

Another big interview on the horizon

As Saturday draws nigh, we get closer and closer to our interview with Nikki Groppi, Miss St. Francis 2004. Nikki will likely be our last interview of 2004, which has truly been a remarkable year, but we've already lined up our first interview of 2005.

On January 15, 2005, Trisha Tomas-Demske will appear on the Stimmung Stunde. Trisha is Miss Kenosha 2004 and placed second runner-up for Miss Wisconsin this year. Trisha's platform is Mental Health Awareness and her talent was vocals for which she received the most talented vocalization award.

Be sure to tune in January 15 for our big interview with Trisha Tomas-Demske on the Stimmung Stunde!
